We price every AMC after a site assessment, because a three-AC home and a 40-unit facility are different commitments. Home and small-office plans start from ₹208 per month. Commercial and institutional contracts — multi-unit offices, embassies, healthcare facilities, cold-chain and industrial sites — are quoted bespoke after a formal commercial assessment. No fixed menu, no obligation to proceed.
What does an Air Control maintenance contract include?
Every engagement runs a full 9-point protocol: evaporator and condenser coils cleaned, filter serviced, condensate drain flushed, electrical connections checked, capacitor health recorded, refrigerant pressure measured against specification, fan motor and blades inspected, and thermostat calibrated. AMC clients receive a written condition report every six months and priority emergency response year-round.
How fast do you respond to a breakdown?
AMC clients are never placed in an open queue. Commercial and institutional sites receive a 2-hour response; residential clients a 4-hour response — a team dispatched, not a promise to call back. We operate 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, every day of the year.

It is a technical document, not a sales visit. It carries a fee, credited against your AMC if you sign within 30 days. Home and small-office assessments are complimentary.
