What does an Air Control maintenance contract include?
Every engagement runs a full 9-point protocol: evaporator and condenser coils cleaned, filter serviced, condensate drain flushed, electrical connections checked, capacitor health recorded, refrigerant pressure measured against specification, fan motor and blades inspected, and thermostat calibrated. AMC clients receive a written condition report every six months and priority emergency response year-round.
How fast do you respond to a breakdown?
AMC clients are never placed in an open queue. Commercial and institutional sites receive a 2-hour response; residential clients a 4-hour response — a team dispatched, not a promise to call back. We operate 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, every day of the year.

What is a commercial assessment, and is it free?
A commercial assessment is a written, unit-by-unit technical evaluation of a facility's air-conditioning: condition ratings, efficiency readings, component health, estimated remaining life and a prioritised action list. It is a technical document, not a sales visit. It carries a fee, credited against your AMC if you sign within 30 days. Home and small-office assessments are complimentary.
Why is preventive maintenance worth it in Delhi?
